ADJUSTABLE BELT DISCHARGE

All pulleys are wider than the actual belt (per CEMA recommendations). The position of the belt can be quickly and simply adjusted using our exclusive pulley angle adjustment (see inset). Controlling the beltposition on the pulley prevents possible edge damage that can be encountered on competitive models.

INTAKE/BELT DESIGN

The intake area is designed to provide maximum system capacity. The belt is gently transitioned from the flat position through our exclusive formed intake into the tube. This design maximizes through capacity while gently moving the product.

SPRING LOADED INTAKE HOPPER

The intake design features a spring loaded flexible hopper designed to offer a gentle cushion for all grains. The overall intake is designed to provide maximum capacity and safety.

ADJUSTABLE ANGLE DISCHARGE

The high capacity discharge features five individual settings that enable you to adjust the angle of the discharge to fit any particular application. The rugged single piece formed plastic construction provides years of dependable service.

WIDE-BASE UNDERCARRIAGE

Each model features a wide-stance undercarriage that provides safe and convenient construction. Larger 60’, 70’ and 85’ models feature fully hydraulic operation. The 35’ model features a manual winch. A series of pulleys (see inset) dramatically reduce the winch load for ease of conveyor elevation.

CHOICE OF DRIVES

Select from your choice of PTO or Electric Drive options. Both are designed to provide smooth, consistent performance. A band-on support provides a convenient method to carry the IID (PTO) during transport. All belts and pulleys on the Electric Drive model are fully enclosed for safe operation. Hydraulic drive available on 35’ models only.

AUTOMATIC BELT TENSIONER

A spring loaded belt tensioner on the take-up pulley along with 200 degrees of belt wrap on the laggeddrive pulley allows use of lower belt tensions and reduces the chance of belt slippage.

CHAIN REDUCTION DRIVE

Drive pulley has a guarded chain reduction drive from a jack shaft. Jack shaft is either belt driven from an electric motor or directly connected to a 540 rpm PTO. Pivoting motor base makes belt adjustment easy on electric models.

BELT RETURN ROLLERS

The conveyor belt return features strategically located rollers that reduce the friction and reduce wear on the belt. Wind guards are provided standard for belt protection and safety.

Exclusive belt alignment guide rollers maintain proper belt tracking for optimum belt life (Patent Pending).
