Fully enclosed galvanized steel housing surrounds heavy-duty chain, featuring Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene replaceable paddles, which assure gentle movement of bulk materials with minimal friction. Three types of discharges are available: horizontal, incline or vertical*. You will appreciate the grain moving efficiency with up to 50% energy savings over conventional conveyors.

Center and intermediate wells feature steel gates supported by rollers. Gates slide into chambers protected from grain weight.

The rack & pinion slide gate control used in conjunction with the control pipe kit provides an excellent means of operating gates. One crank will operate one center well independently and up to 8 intermediate wells (4 at a time).

The Mass-ter Flow is most economical in the higher capacities and where design requires horizontal conveyor only. High working strength roller chain is combined with tough Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene paddles for long life and smooth operation. Optional bottom plate liner is available for extra life, particularly in very dirty grain conditions.

1. 8", 10" and 12" Commercial Grade Verticals stand 16' 6" tall. Separate direct belt or 3:1 oil bath reducer drives on horizontal and vertical sections speed-match capacities. This dual drive design will handle 24' thru 92' diameter bins. Includes 3', 45° discharge, base support and wall bracket. Kit available to attach 10" unit to 8" unload tube.
2. Horizontals available in 8", 10", and 12". Furnished with 2, 3 and 4 belt drives, or with oil bath reducers.
3. 25º Inclines for use in 8" and 10" systems through 75' diameter bins. Five foot length provides adjustable support stand to which you can attach optional wheel kit for portability. Two & three belt “B” section drives. Internal bearing in elbow.

U-trough Drives

U-trough drives include the reliable oil bath chain reducer drive or the premium Dodge drive.

The same high quality components such as reducer drives, roller gated wells, rack and pinion controls, control pipe kits and many other accessories are available with the screw type as with the en masse conveyors.

Hutchinson’s Commercial Klean Sweep is an outstanding performer for a minimal investment. Motor mounts are solidly built and drive frames are of 3/16" plate construction. Two types of drives are available which include the jack shaft drive or an oil bath chain reducer in a cast housing. The jack shaft drive bearings are sealed, self-aligning and regreaseable style in a cast housing. Klean Sweep for 48' and larger bins include a sweep carrier assembly for extra support of flight and shield. Two carriers for 90' and larger. Klean Sweep is depicted with each series of unloaders.

Power Sweep

The Commercial Power Sweep is a unique concept adapted to commercial type storage. It offers the convenience of a bin sweep without a motor or wiring inside the bin. Power for the sweep is transferred from a motor on the back side of the tank through a drive shaft to a double gear box in the center well. The Commercial Power Sweep can be adapted to tube type, U-trough or en masse conveyors. The center well, intermediate wells, sweep and the sweep drive are included in the Commercial Power Sweep unit. 48' diameter and larger bins include a sweep carrier assembly for extra support of flight and shield.
