MASS-TER MOVER®

A PORTABLE ALTERNATIVE TO THE BUCKET ELEVATOR

The MASS-TER MOVER line is Hutchinson’s answer to “en masse” conveying systems. You get top performance, long life and reliability with minimum maintenance engineered into each component.

  • Capacity is up to 5,000 BPH at 45°.
  • Long life galvanized housing.
  • Conventional models available in lengths of 40’, 50’, 60’, 65’, 70’, 80’, 90’, and 100’.
  • Electric or PTO drives available.
  • The Conventional MASS-TER MOVER uses a hand brake winch on the 40’ to 65’ units and a hydraulic winch on 70’ to 100’ units.
  • Boot inlet includes the standard boot or a side feed boot inlet on the conventional model. (Side feed boot offers a variable inlet height and a larger hopper area.)
  • The undercarriage is a scissor-type for greater stability.
  • Energy savings of up to 30% can be gained with our unique paddle propulsion system. It does the job using less horsepower than most screw type conveyors.
  • High capacity performance comes from the full lower chamber movement of material provided by the continuous chain and paddle conveyance-the en masse concept.
  • The unique paddle design allows the portable MASS-TER MOVER to operate up to 45°.
  • Other MASS-TER MOVER units are available as stationary overhead conveyors, bottom unloading systems and drive over pit hoppers.
  • IMPORTANT: Keep all guards and safety devices in place at all times. Observe all safety signs and warning shown on the product and in the operator’s manual.

This hopper is also available as a portable unit with a self supporting undercarriage. It is an ideal method of loading portable Mass-ter Movers. Grain Pumps and bucket elevators. The shallow but wide hopper section fits easily under a truck (12” clearance) and allows faster loading into the large portable units. The “swing-away” feature provides convenient access, no backing up to dump into it. Available with electric or hydraulic drive.
